1. I have registered but I cannot access the members only area via my login

There are a number of steps required to becoming a member:

Entry of your personal registration details on the Win24 website
Entry of your credit card or bank account payment details at the Payway website
Validation of your email address via the link in the verification email that is sent to you upon Win24 registration
Validation of your personal and payment details by Win24 before approval of your membership. This step may take up to 1-2 business days to complete. Once your membership details are approved, you will receive an email notifying you of your successful membership registration followed by a Welcome email with your membership details.

Only after this last step will you be included in the Win24 membership database and you will then have access to the Win24 Member website using your email address and your chosen password for login.

2. Is there any way for me to see what competitions I have been entered into?

Win24 will list all competitions entered into in any previous month on the website under the 'Competitions' listing on our site menu.

This can be viewed by Win24 members and the public alike.

As a Win24 member, you will have exclusive access via your 'Member Login' to a host of additional information that cannot be accessed by the general public. This includes all 'Past Competitions' and 'This Month's Competitions'.

3. How do I find out if I’ve won something with Win24?

We automatically enter you into competitions. If you are among the lucky winners you will be notified in one of three ways.

The competition sponsor could contact you directly via post or telephone. In this instance you will know about the win but we won't. If this happens, we encourage you to let us know.
The competition sponsor could contact you via email. In this instance we will know to inform you, as we allocate you a unique email address to reduce potential inbox clutter.

So in simple terms you will always be informed of your competition wins.

4. When do you start entering me into competitions?

Once your membership has been approved you will be entered you into all the competitions starting the following month and each month thereafter.

5. What guarantee do I have that Win24 will enter me into the agreed number of competitions?

We are the first ever competition entry service to appoint an independent legal officer to monitor our services. This officer is responsible for the following:

To independently and randomly check any number of competitions that we enter you into each and every month.
To validate that we do enter you into the competitions we say we do.

This is the best possible guarantee a prize competition entry service can offer you!

6. What does Win24 do?

Win24 does all the things you don't have time to do to enter more competitions:

Carefully reviews each competitions' entry terms and conditions

7. How good are my winning chances with Win24?

Your winning chances as a member of Win24 Australia are far greater than they are playing the state lotteries. Nearly every 'competition expert' will tell you that the way to win competitions is to enter as many as you can for as long a period as you can. Of course this takes a lot of effort and will power, let alone your valuable time. Win24 substantially boosts your chances of a prize win by entering you into at least 70 competitions each and every month - that's a massive 840 competitions a year!

8. Will Win24 enter me into any type of competition?

Our highly experienced competition research team reviews all the terms and conditions associated with every competition to ensure our members are not entered into;

prize draws and/or competitions that require a member to purchase a product, service and/or subscription.
prize draws and/or competitions run outside Australia.
prize draws and/or competitions that you are ineligible to enter based on the Terms & Conditions presented by the prize draw or competition sponsor.
prize draws and/or competitions that do not have the appropriate regulatory permit/s in place to be legitimately conducted in Australia.

9. How do I know that a competition sponsor has accepted an entry made by Win24 on my behalf?

Our professional research team will always check the terms and conditions of every single competition to ensure that every entry we submit will comply.

10. How does Win24 protect my personal information?

The personal information you give us will only ever be used to complete competition entry forms on your behalf. These are exactly the same details you would provide if you entered the competitions yourself.

It should be noted that the seperate Terms & Conditions applied to each prize draw and/or competition will usually contain a clause that states, by entering the competition you consent to receiving marketing correspondence from the prize draw or competition sponsor.

The details you provide us are confidential and will never be provided to a third party for any other purposes outside those of the Win24 operation.

It should also be noted that we do not host any of your banking details, for obvious security reasons. These are captured and maintained by our Westpac Banking Corporation hosted payment gateway facility. For further details, consult our Privacy Policy.

11. How can I notify Win24 of changes in my personal details?

12. Can I become a member of Win24 if I don’t live in Australia?

Win24 Australia's service is only available to Australian residents of 18 years of age or over. Win24 Australia only enters you into Australian competitions and prize draws.

13. When and how can I cancel my membership?
